Proposed to be inaugurated on the tourism day, the aircraft museum will now be inaugurated in the second week of December. Public in Vizag are quite enthusiastic for the museum to be opened and it has generated a lot of interest all over India.
Collector Pravin Kumar, GVMC commisioner M Hari Narayan and VUDA vice-chairman Basant Kumar are taking all steps and inspection of ongoing works by visiting the site of aircraft museum on Beach Road. The project in-charge Lt. N R Kumar is looking after the progress of the works. He has been keeping everybody updated on the progress. The finances of 10 crores allotted for the project are being used for the works.
