The IT Hub project would be comprising an IT Tower and commercial, residential, recreational spaces. Blocks of malls, hotels, and multiplexes are also a part of the project.
Coming to the Integrated Museum Project, the Sea Harrier Aircraft and 3d Naval Aviation Museums would be set up at a cost of 20 Crores at a tourism complex. The complex would be integrated with the ‘Victory at Sea’ memorial, Rajiv Smriti Bhavan and AU Convention Hall which are close by.
Also, VUDA would be constructing a 2km subway on the beach road in Vizag. The subway would help in reducing the traffic problem and allocate proper parking lot for the visitors at the beach. Aligning to the parking lot, a huge greenery park would be established.
An amount of Rs 60 crore is expected to be invested in the underground subway project.
