Former Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Konathala Ramakrishna plans a novel new way to bid for a separate Visakhapatnam Railway Zone.
The demands for a new railway zone in Visakhapatnam are heating up. In the midst of this, former State Minister Konathala Ramakrishna has plans for a brand new stir. The innovative protest and demand would take place on a train of Indian Railway. Konathala has announced that the protest of the people of Andhra Pradesh would happen staged aboard a moving train from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi.
On January 27th, he would board the 8.30 a.m railway train from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi. This protest for Visakhapatnam Railway Zone would continue aboard till the train stops at the destination on January 29th. After this the former Andhra Pradesh state minister plans to go to Raj ghat and pay tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and then end the protest. After this he has got plans to meet the representatives from Andhra Pradesh in Parliament as well as the MLAs.
A demand for the separate railway zone is getting heightened and demands for the railway ministery to consider it seriously are mounting. This is timed before the winter session of the Parliament on January 29th.
