The Andhra University Alumni Association made a video welcoming the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N Chandrababu Naidu to their mega alumni meet. The week-long celebration that began on December 10 concluded on December 17 with an event at the Convocation Hall that was attended by the CM.
The video titled ‘AU Alumni Anthem’ showcases the best of Vizag and Andhra University. The university and the city are both showcased beautifully through drone shots panning over them. The video goes on to show and sing about the great alumni it has held previously and welcoming the CM to bask in the grandeur of the place.
Singer Krishna Chaitanya of the OK Bangaram fame, actor Kaushik and two others showcase various aspects while classical dancers dance behind them. They sing about how the alumni of the university have gone on to achieve great things all over the world and with the alumni list headed with greats like actor Bhanumati, mathematician CR Rao, Chiranjeevi, NT Rama Rao, politician Rosaiah, physicist CV Raman and more, it’s not an exaggeration.
