There’s only one movie that has been playing on everyone’s mind off-late. Yes, you guessed it right. It’s Arjun Reddy.
A Rage at the box office
The movie which stars Vijay Devarakonda had released among a lot of expectations and boy didn’t it live up to them! It opened to a warm reception from the audiences and critics alike and has entered into its second week.
Arjun Reddy garnered everyone’s eyeballs with its teaser and has been in the news ever since. It has emerged as a blockbuster and has even started developing a cult following.
Even though it is being surrounded by many controversies, Arjun Reddy is being hailed for its true and bold script. The movie’s director, Sandeep Reddy, has impressed everyone with his storytelling. In fact, many celebs including RGV, Samantha, Mahesh babu, and Rajamouli have praised the film in public.
As per the box-office reports, the movie has earned Rs 31 crores in its first weekend. In spite of facing competition from Balakrishna’s Paisa Vasool, the movie is going pretty strong.
While the movie is busy creating a rage at the box office, film stars from other industries are showing interest in remaking the film.
Arjun Reddy in Tamil and Hindi
Reportedly, the Tamil remake rights of Arjun Reddy have been bought by Tamil Superstar Dhanush. The movie will be produced by his Wunderbar films. However, it isn’t still clear if Dhanush himself will play the lead or not.
On the other hand, reports suggest that Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh has been approached to remake the film in Hindi. Ranveer will watch a special screening of Arjun Reddy before taking a call.
