indian navy meets bangladesh navy
Bangladesh Navy Delegation visited the city for a three day camp from 7th August to 9th August. The delegation comprises of Rear Admiral M Shaheen Iqbal, Asst. Chief of Naval Staff (Materiel) Bangladesh Navy. Five other members too accompanied the Rear Admiral.
Rear Admiral Iqbal interacted with Rear Admiral Narayan Prasad, Admiral Superintendent, Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam and held discussions with the members on Tuesday. Additionally, the delegation was briefed on the functioning of the Naval Dockyard.
Subsequently, the delegation visited different work centers of the yard. The staff of the yard too participated actively in interacting with the officials. The delegation is set to depart from the city today and prior to that, have a scheduled visit to Hindustan Shipyard Ltd.
