Dhaba ka Khana Food Festival at The Gateway Hotel

If you miss riding along the highway, trying to find the best Dhaba food you can (it can’t be just us who does that!), here’s some good news for you. The Gateway Hotel is going to have a ‘Dhaba ka Khana’ food festival starting today for the foodies out there.

Bringing the stimulating and subtle flavours of dhabas by the highway is the food festival at The Gateway Hotel. In continuation of their effort to celebrate the varied cuisines of India, Dhaba ka Khana is all set to feature at their GAD restaurant. The nine day long food festival starting today will bring in wholesome, hot, authentic, regional food. The mouthwatering, aromatic and delicious delicacies featuring on the menu consist of dishes like Chilly Pudina Fish, Dhaba Murgh, Bhuna Gosht, Pepper Mutton, ChatPata Paneer, Achari Vegetables, Bharwan Aloo, Dal fry, Masala Dal, Panchratani Dal, various varieties of rice/rotis/dosas and desserts along with unlimited beverages.

The best part? All the food on the menu will be cooked using authentic ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to bring out the best of the flavours. Gopalakrishnan, Food & Beverage Manager at The Gateway Hotel said, “Dhaba food is generally popular across the nation but we have taken this endeavour for our guests to serve Authentic ‘Asli Dhaba da Khana’. Our guests can relish and be delighted in the sumptuous meals that they will enjoy and carry back the sweet memories home.”

We may have tried various cuisines but Indian food is what we have grown up on and desi Dhaba ka Khana will always stay close to our hearts. It is not easy to match the typical flavour and me and my team has taken this challenge to dish out lip-smacking dishes from the traditional Dhabas across the country. Hope our patrons will like it
