Ingredients (for up to 40 servings)
- 2 cups Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
- Powdered Sugar or Sugar Syrup, to taste
- 3 cups Dry Sherry
- 1/3 cup Maraschino
- 1/3 cup Orange Liqueur
- 3 (750-ml) bottles Champagne
- 1 quart Club Soda
- Ice
- 3 cups Brandy
Method
Chill all ingredients well before mixing. Sweeten the lemon juice to taste with sugar or sugar syrup. Transfer to a punch bowl. Stir in the brandy, sherry, maraschino, and orange liqueur. Add the champagne and club soda last. Stir. Add ice. If desired, garnish with slices of orange or lemon.
