Indian Cricket Team In The City!

The Indian cricket team is finally here! The England and Indian cricket teams arrived here yesterday for the second test. This will be the first test match being hosted by Visakhapatnam. The match will be played at YSR ACA VDCA Stadium on November 17.

The first test was played at Rajkot and both the teams led by Virat Kohli and Alastair Cook reached here yesterday. Though India didn’t score well at the Rajkot test, fans believe they would bounce back here, making the first test in the city and Andhra Pradesh a memorable one.

The England team has had nets today since 9AM and the Indian team since 1AM. The tickets for the match will be sold at Mee Seva counters from today. The YSR ACA VDCA stadium has previously hosted five ODIs, 11 IPL matches and several women cricket matches since 2005.

With a great line-up of players being led by Virat Kohli, let’s hope our team scores well in the city.
