How many of you have wanted our city to have its own brewery? Voila! All your wait has seemingly come to an end. Ironhill, a brainchild of the popular brewery and Pub Prost, is all set to launch its operations in the city of Visakhapatnam by this year’s Christmas.
IRONHILL
Prost first launched its operations in Bengaluru back in 2013. The brewery was only the third of its kind in the city back then. Eventually, they opened up at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad in 2015. Now, after doing exceptionally well in both the cities, the brand is all geared up to set foot in our beloved city of Visakhapatnam.
Prost, with an idea of launching in other cities, is coming forward with Ironhill, which is a brewery that caters a menu slightly different from that catered by Prost. This franchise is spread over an area of 8000 sq.ft at Siripuram and can accommodate as many as 180 people at a time. Sriharsha Tripuraneni is the managing partner of Ironhill Vizag.
What does IRONHILL offer?
With a brewing capacity of 600 litres of beer per day and a storage capacity of 5000 litres, Ironhill certainly promises a treat to all the beer connoisseurs. Ironhill uses raw materials imported from Germany to brew its four special beers- Apple Cider, Wheat Beer, Lager, and Ale. These beers are offered in different combinations flavours as well. The brewery, which offers a proper bar menu, even offers other drinks such as cocktails, mocktails, and others.
Apart from the above mentioned, Ironhill also has impressive food on its menu which is a mix of various cuisines such as Indian and Continental.
Speaking to Yo! Vizag, Ironhill’s Managing Partner, Teja Chekuri said, “Ironhill would be a delight for anyone who loves delicious food or freshly made beer. As a matter of fact, our stations in Bengaluru and Hyderabad experience demand during the lunch hour as well. This says something about the food we have on offer. Our beers are made with high standards and consist of higher liquid densities to offer an authentic experience.”
