It is official now. SS Rajamouli to direct Mahesh Babu soon

Ever since the release of Baahubali 2, there have been many rumours making rounds about director SS Rajamouli’s next movie. However, it has been confirmed by the director that he will work with producer Danayya DVV for his upcoming movie. The cast and other details of the movie are yet be known. Also, in a recent interview, the director has confirmed a movie with actor Mahesh Babu.

The details

In a recent interview to Variety, SS Rajamouli informed that post his movie with Danayya, he will work with producer KL Narayanan of Hello Brother fame. This movie will, reportedly, feature Superstar Mahesh Babu as the lead. This comes as a great news to all the fans as the much-awaited combo is finally set to hit the floors. The movie will supposedly take off during early 2019.

Rajamouli is probably the most sought-after director in India currently. All his films thus far have done well at the box office. It is also a known fact that his Baahubali going on to emerge as the country’s biggest blockbuster.

Mahesh Babu is currently working with director Koratala Siva for his upcoming movie ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’. The movie, which is touted to be a political drama, is being produced by Danayya DVV. After the release of this movie, Mahesh Babu will join hands with director Vamshi Paidipally. This film will incidentally mark the actor’s 25th film in his career.
