Actor and Janasena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan lashed out at Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu while addressing a gathering in Srikakulam at his ‘Praja Porata Yatra’.
Pawan Kalyan said that Chandrababu Naidu will have to meet the same fate as ex TTD chief priest AV Ramana Deekshithu, and will be forced to retire in the coming days.
“Chandrababu Naidu who made Tirumala temple chief priest AV Ramana Deekshithu to retire citing his age, will be made to retire by the people shortly. He can happily go home and take rest,” the JSP Chief was quoted as saying.
AV Ramana Deekshithu, who was recently in news, was sacked by the TTD officials on the grounds that he exceeded the retirement age of 65.
Pawan also questioned the Chief Minister’s motto behind “focussing more” on Amaravati. “Why is the Chief Minister focusing only on Amaravati? Does he treat it as a mini-state? He should not forget that focusing on only a few will lead to heartburn among others and sow the seeds of separatist sentiments. Chief Minister’s affection is centred only on Krishna and not Srikakulam, he said.
Responding to Nara Lokesh‘s claims that he was campaigning on the roads laid by Chandrababu Naidu, the JSP Chief asked if the money for constructing the roads came directly from the pockets of Nara Lokesh and questioned whether the roads were the properties of his grandfathers.
