Padmavati’s trailer will blow your mind away with its grandeur

One of the most awaited Indian movies of 2017 is soon going to hit the theatres. The trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati is out and the B-Town is going gaga over it. In fact, famous trade analyst Taran Adarsh has hailed the trailer by calling it stunning and sensational.

Starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh in the lead roles, Padmavati is one of the costliest movies releasing this year. It is being jointly produced by Viacom 18 pictures and Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

Typical to Bhansali’s previous classics like Devdas and Bajirao Mastani, Padmavati too promises to be a feast to the eye. The movie is fictionalized around the story of Rani Padmini, a Hindu Rajput Queen. While Deepika Padukone plays the titular role, Shahid Kapoor is cast as Rana Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh dons the avatar of Alauddin Khiliji. Earlier this year, the movie was surrounded by controversies when Bhansali was attacked by a group in Rajasthan for allegedly showing Rani Padmini in a negative perspective. The movie is slated for a release on December 11th later this year. 2017 has been a dull year for Bollywood so far and Padmavati definitely seems to be the one to get the cash registers ringing once again.

Take a look at this fabulous trailer of the movie and get bowled over by its grandeur.
