Security Council In Vizag

The city of destiny will soon have it’s security council set up. The Vizag Security Council is being set up on the lines of the Society Council. This council is intending to deal with the security aspects of the IT firms and other commercial establishments. The Council is most likely to have a senior police officer as the chairman. This council is being set up due to the implementation of the AP Public Safety Enforcement Act, 2013.

As the Society for Cyberabad Security is working well, they are looking forward for similar lines in Visakhapatnam. This council is also aiming at safety for women in the software industry which is an undeniable necessity.

Any organization with more than 100 workers are taken into the consideration by the council. This council would include organizations like IT companies, educational institutions, hospitals and public sector units. The detailed planning and execution is yet to start.
