Performing at the aha 2.0 Launch Event on Tuesday, Shanmukha Priya rocked the stage and enthralled the audience with her singing. She was among many Tollywood celebrities who graced the aha launch event, which is said to herald a new era for the streaming platform.
Beginning her performance in her trademark singing style, Shanmukha yodelled her way to the popular song Adi Arabi Kadalandam. And then, she moved to another iconic song Mukkala Mukkabula. She then changed the pace by picking up the fan favourite Samajavaragamana from the Allu Arjun movie Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.

After her stint at Indian Idol Season 12, Shanmukha Priya is continuing to make the right noise with her singing. She has also recorded a song for the pan-Indian Vijay Deverakonda-starrer Liger.
All that was announced at the aha 2.0 Launch Event
During the event, founder Allu Aravind talked about the growing fanbase of this Telugu-exclusive streaming platform. He revealed that the rate for the annual subscription of aha will soon become Rs. 699.
Meanwhile, actor Allu Arjun also spoke a few words about the growth of aha as a streaming platform. “I never thought this platform would be this successful and that too, in such a short amount of time. I understand now that if aha has become so successful, it’s only because of the people’s love for the Telugu language and their desire to watch content in Telugu. Going forward, I promise you all an exciting release on aha every Friday.”
Director Vamshi Paidipally shared aha’s plans to launch a singing-reality show, which will be along the lines of Indian Idol. For this, aha will collaborate with Fremantle India, the producers of Indian Idol.
Furthermore, a video titled ‘Cinemapuramulo’ was also showcased at the launch event, hinting at Allu Arjun’s OTT debut with aha.
On Tuesday, the aha Entertainment Awards also took place, honouring great performances in the Telugu film and web series space in the last two years.
