SS Rajamouli To Have A Farmhouse In Visakhapatnam?

Rumours run afoot that Baahubali Director SS Rajamouli is all set to invest in properties in Visakhapatnam. He recently visited the city along with Sai Korrapati, who is the distributor for Baahubali 2 in Uttarandhra. The distributor had thrown a success part with the Director as the chief guest.

After the success party, SS Rajamouli and Sai Korrapati reportedly went and checked properties in the city. The director will soon be buying a property in the outskirts for a beach guest house, reports state.

While the validity of these reports is yet unknown, SS Rajamouli is also reportedly constructing a beautiful farmhouse at Kattangoor village in Nalgonda. He has even purchased 100 acres of land for the same. The place will be surrounded by mango, coconut and lemon tree gardens and the land will hold two other houses apart from the farmhouse.

The responsibility for the design and concept of the farmhouse has been handed over to National Award winning Art Director Ravinder Reddy. The director has reportedly acquired the farmhouse so he can spend some quality time with his family. The farmhouse will have eight rooms, apart from a huge hall and an open kitchen.

Complete cross ventilation will bring in daylight through the day into the house that will reportedly be comfortable and not luxurious. The farmhouse will also have a water harvesting system.
