Getting fit has its own set of challenges and one of them is infrastructure. Living in concrete jungle it’s tough to find good places to work out. Not everyone’s locality has a park or an open ground to go out for a walk/run and the traffic doesn’t make the roads safe for cycling.
Whereas in Vizag, we don’t face this issue. With facilities/places dedicated to public health & fitness, we can now find enough infrastructure necessary to support our active lifestyle.
In case you didn’t know – here’s a list of some places, where you can work out:
No Motor Vehicle Zone, RK Beach
The beach road stretch from Kali Temple to Palm Beach Hotel is barred from vehicular movement from 5 am to 7:30 pm. Open for Walkers, Joggers, Cyclists, Skaters, others.
Operating Hours: 5 AM – 7:30 PM
Vuda Park, RK Beach
The Park is fully equipped with a walking track, Lawn, children play pens, Gym, Yoga Center, Skating rink and many more facilities. A good place to work out if you live in or around east point colony.
Operating Hours: 6 AM – 8 PM

Vuda City Central Park, Opp. RTC Complex
Located in the most central location of the city, the park has a 1.5 km peripheral walking track, a sand track for jogging, an inner walking track and a cycle track perfect for the one who love to step out and work out in the open.
Operating Hours: 6 AM – 8 PM

Vuda Health Arena, Foothills of Kailasagiri
Comprising of a Jogging Track, Cycling Track, Fitness Centre, Gym & a Meditation center – the Health arena is a perfect place to go for a morning or evening workout.
Operating Hours: 4:30 AM – 8 AM | 4:30 PM – 8 PM
