Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani passes away
Popular Telugu writer, Yaddanapudi Sulochana Rani passed away at the age of 78 in California on Monday.
The writer who hailed from Kazi village of Krishna district struck a chord with the readers by showcasing contemporary trends and relationships in her signature style.
Very often, her writings were adopted by films and popular actors like Sobhan Babu, Murali Mohan and Akkineni Nagarjuna had portrayed the protagonist roles.
Murali Krishna, Radha Krishna, Jeevana Tarangalu, Premalekhalu, Secretary, Aathmeeyulu, to name a few are some of the marked novels which were hailed as Sulochana Rani’s best works.
Trivikram’s movie, AAa, is also inspired by her novel, Meena.
